For at least 3 months, the monthly rate would include (not including brokerage) :
- 1,390 € for the rent and utilities
- 80 € as a provision for ENERGY ( electricity and GAS )
- 40 € as a PROVISION FOR telecommunications: FREEBOX, probably "FREEBOX REVOLUTION"

For a shorter rental period we can negotiate a special rate
but the shorter the stay, the higher the average weekly rate
Reasonable relocation fee and final cleaning fee would be additional costs,

This main room is very spacious, also because of a very high ceiling
the books there should not be disturbed by the tenants
This sofa is also a second bed, rather spacious - it was added rather recently, this is why it does not appear on other pictures shown here, which are older
